Sixth Grade |
| Sixth Grade is an exciting year for our students at St.
Michael School. They become members of the Middle School and take on lots
more responsibility than ever before. It is also a year of exciting
projects.
Our focus in Social Studies is on the study of the ancient world and the many, many cultures that contributed to the foundation of our modern world. The Sixth graders have made life- sized Egyptian sarcophagi, designed travel brochures describing Ancient Egypt and created visual displays of Greek myths and then retold these wisdom-filled stories to their classmates. Learning has become an activity that takes on new meanings as our students' creativity takes over! |
