Congratulations to Students of the Year at The Catholic High School of Baltimore
Emma Dohmeier
was named Miss Catholic High 2012 and Casey Kopasek was named Freshman Student of the Year.

Senior Shannon Aikens attended a luncheon sponsored by IAAM and the PNC Bank Management Team on March 8 to celebrate the start of the 2012 IAAM lacrosse season.
Senior Rachel Bourne was featured in The Daily Record’s 2012 Independent Schools Guide. Rachel was also featured at the signing with Mt. St. Mary’s University to play Division I soccer.

Congratulations to Ellie Gonzalez '10 who made Athlete of the Week on Wednesday, November 2, 2011. She is a sophomore at The Catholic High School of Baltimore. The story in the Baltimore Sun reads, "In capturing her first Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland cross country championship last Wednesday, the sophomore dominated the filed and the Oregon Ridge Park course with a record-breaking performance. Gonzalez, who wearned second-team All-Metro honors last season, covered the 3.1 mile course in 17 minutes, 59 seconds to finish 1:30 in fornt of runnter up Holly Cook of John Carroll and break the six-year-old meet record by 31 seconds. Gonzalez, who competes in the C Conference for the cubs, finished second in last year's championship to McDonogh's Madeline Dulac. As a freshman, Gonzalez also earned first-team All-Metro honors in outdoor track after capturing the 1,600- and 3,200-meter races in the IAAM championships, and she was a second-team selection in indoor track wiht a conference title in the 800."

Congratulations to the students from The Catholic High School who received the honor of Miss Freshman over the last four years! They are all graduates of St. Michael the Archangel School. They are Katie Johnston '07, Shelby Kestler '08, Caroline Stabile '09, and Abigail Dohmeier '10.

Congratulations to Mark Pietrogiacomo '09 who attends Archbishop Curley High School. He has been voted Studend Body President as a Junior!

Upcoming Events

Held a successful Golf Outing on May 4, 2012. Over 60 participants joined us in this fundraiser for the school. Golfers received dark green visors with St. Michael the Archangel on the visor. If you would like to purchase one for $8.00, please contact the Development Office.

Class of 1960 and including Class of 1959 and 1961 are invited to join members of the Class of 1960 at morning Mass every last Wednesay of the month at St. Michael the Archangel Parish. This is the 9:00am School Mass. Join them for Breakfast and fellowship afterwards.
