About us.....................

We believe that we have been invited to share in God's own Divine Life through Jesus. Through Jesus we can accept this invitation, thereby realizing forgiveness, reconciliation, redemption, and ultimately salvation. As Catholic educators, it is our mission to evangelize, to proclaim the Gospel, and to model Christian living for our students.

Because Faith is a Way of Life that is nurtured and maintained through the liturgy, the Scriptures, the sacraments, prayer and a commitment of service of others, we are continually committed to the development of a close relationship with God.

We believe in the dignity and worth of individuals as they reflect the design and purpose of God our Father and Creator, and are fashioned in His image. It is imperative that students be guided to develop positive self-worth and a healthy appreciation for the dignity of the human mind and body.

We believe that Catholic education is geared to five dimensions of students' growth: spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional and physical. Therefore, academic disciplines and creative pursuits are developed in the light of faith, giving students a firm foundation of values and skills with which they can successfully function within the framework of our society.

To better meet the needs of our students, it is important to employ a variety of teaching strategies. Not only is it necessary to impart knowledge in a logical, sequential manner, it is also essential to foster the love of learning through the use of creative and engaging activities. In this way we hope to address the needs of students whose ability levels and learning styles differ. We constantly strive to update our materials and teaching methods. Our ultimate goal is to prepare our students to meet the challenges of an ever changing world.

We believe that faculty, staff, parents, and children are members of the same spiritual community and should maintain a positive working relationship to foster the total development of the whole child. It is vital that open lines of communication be initiated and maintained in an ongoing effort to promote a positive spirit of support and cooperation.

We believe that the faculty and staff have a responsibility to promote the interest of the school and meet the needs of the students, while maintaining standards which reflect Christian beliefs.
