Thank you for taking the time to find out more about St. Michael the Archangel Parish! Our parish was established in Baltimore, MD in 1914. We hope that after you look through our website and worship with us, you will consider becoming a more active part of our growing community of faith.
We offer many ministries for people of all ages who are looking to strengthen their relationship with Christ. We offer ministries in Christian Formation, Community Life, Liturgy, and Service and Justice. If you would like to help us further our mission, please consider a donation online.
Parish Mission Statement
The Catholic Church of St. Michael the Archangel exists to proclaim joyfully the presence of Jesus to the total community by:
- Being aware of each one’s personal worth and uniqueness regardless of race or beliefs;
- Recognizing the presence of the Spirit while supporting the spiritual, psychological, and physical needs of each individual person;
- Proclaiming the gospel message with such joy through the sacraments, liturgy, and prayer that all members are motivated to share Jesus with each other and to express genuine care for all others; and
- Engaging in day to day involvement in the activities of the Overlea community, emphasizing the importance of Christian family life.
